C. Step-ups (legs, bum)
Step onto the box with your right leg first, then lift your left leg to briefly stand on the box, and step down again with
your right leg first. Swap sides after a few repetitions.
D. Rocket jumps (legs, bum)
Begin by placing your right foot on the box. Your left foot is still on the floor. Dynamically push yourself upwards, so
you’re nearly jumping onto the box. In the air, change the position of your legs so that your right foot is on the floor
and your left foot is now on the box. Start the next jump immediately after touching down.
E. Double-leg jump-ups (legs, bum)
Stand in front of the box with your legs about hip-width apart. Slightly bend your knees and jump onto the box with
both legs at the same time. You can swing your arms to create momentum. Step down and repeat the exercise.
