SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Basic precautions should always be followed, including the following safety 
instructions when using this spinning bike: Read all instructions before using this 
spinning bike. 

 

Read all the instructions in this manual and do warm up exercises before using this 
equipment.         

 

Do not attempt any adjustments other than those described in this manual.    Should any 
problems arise, discontinue use and consult an 

Authorized Service Representative.

 

Do not use the spinning bike outdoors. 

 

Keep children and pets away from the equipment while in use.    This spinning bike is 
designed for adults only. 

 

Keep Dry - do not operate in a wet or moist condition.     

 

Never insert any object into any opening. 

 

Keep the spinning bike on a solid, level surface.    Using a carpet or other covering 
material on the ground is recommended.    The minimum free space required for safe 
operation is not less than two meters.    Be sure the area around the spinner bike 
remains clear during use and has adequate clearance. 

 

This spinning bike is for home use only. 

 

Only 

one

 person should be on the spinning bike while in use. 

 

Wear comfortable and suitable clothing when using the spinning bike.    Do not use the 
spinning bike barefoot, in only socks or in sandals, always wear athletic shoes.    Never 
wear loose clothing that might catch any part of the equipment.   

 

If  you  feel  any  chest  pains,  nausea,  dizziness,  or  short  of  breath,  you  should  stop 
exercising immediately and consult your physician before continuing. 

 

Always hold on to the handlebar while using the spinning bike. 

 

To dismount, reduce pedaling speed gradually before you stop. 

 

The maximum weight capacity for this product is 250 lbs/110 kgs. 

Note: It is the obligation of the owner to review and explain these safety precautions 
to all users of this spin bike.
