Screw the rear handlebar (16) to the frame (14) with the screw (17) and the curved washer
(5).
Then screw the pedal (8) and (7) to the crank (28) and (29) respectively.
Note: The pedal (7) should be locked clockwise and the pedal (8) counterclockwise. Always
keep pedals (8) and (7) locked during exercise.
Otherwise, the teeth of the pedals (8) and (7) will be damaged.
6.
Screw the handlebar (20) to the front support tube (27). Align the holes and screw them
tight with the screw (19), spring washer (21) and curved washer (5).
