Leg Raises
Hold the door bar with your hands at shoulder width and let
yourself hang down.
Now raise your legs straight until they are parallel to the floor.
Then slowly lower your legs back into the starting position.
Knee Up to Kickout
Hold the door bar with your hands at shoulder width and let
yourself hang down.
Pull your knees up until your thighs are parallel to the floor, then
straighten your legs out.
Bend your knees again and slowly lower your legs back to the
starting position.
Archer Pull-Up *
Hold the door bar with your hands slightly further apart than
shoulder width and let yourself hang down.
Pull yourself up at an angle so your head moves towards one
hand.
When your chin touches the knuckles of your hand, return to the
starting position.
Repeat the movement to the other side.
