SAFETY INFORMATION
Please note that improper use of the pull-up bar can lead to injuries. Use the pull-up bar only for its
intended purpose.
The pull-up bar is not a toy! Always keep children away from the pull-up bar. Do not leave children unat-
tended in a room with the pull-up bar.
Check the pull-up bar before each use and make sure that it is not damaged. If the pull-up bar is not
checked regularly, your safety may be at risk!
Make sure that the pull-up bar is securely fixed in place in the door frame before each use and that it
does not slip under load. Tighten the adjustable screw before every workout session.
Before using the pull-up bar for the first time, consult your doctor as to whether using the pull-up bar is
suitable for you and to what extent you should be exercising.
If you feel uncomfortable, ill or unwell, you should not exercise. If you feel nauseous, dizzy or unwell
when exercising, stop exercising immediately and contact a doctor or therapist.
The pull-up bar should be used taking your level of physical fitness into account. Tailor your exercise
to suit your level of performance. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your health. Never start
exercising at maximum exertion, increase effort slowly.
Do not jump up to grab the pull-up bar.
Do not hang upside down from the pull-up bar. Do not use the pull-up bar to do flips, somersaults, rolls
or other similar exercises.
Wear suitable clothing and footwear for exercising.
Make sure that there are no obstacles in the immediate vicinity of the pull-up bar. Other people should
not approach the area surrounding the pull-up bar (2x2m²) while you are using it.

Do not exceed the maximum load-bearing capacity!
