Inside of the safe door, locate the small
brass cap. Unscrew and remove the cap,
you will now see the red reset button.
Press and release the reset button. You
will hear a beep. The yellow (left) light
on the lock face will illuminate indicating
you are now in programming mode.
While the yellow (left LED) is illuminated,
enter your new 3 to 8-digit security code
followed by [*] One beep will sound.
After beep, re-enter the same security
code followed by [*]. Lock face will beep
twice indicating successful programming.
11. LOCK FACE SECURITY CODE SETUP
Important: It is necessary to reprogram your safe with a new security code you
have personally selected to provide maximum household security. Be careful
in choosing your new security code, you’ll want to be sure that you can operate
the unit quickly without making an error.
1. Swipe finger(s) across the keypad to
“wake up” and activate the lockface. Two
random numbers will illuminate when
the lock face wakes up. Individually
press both of the two numbers, in any
order, to allow full access to the keypad.
Insert the factory preset code of
(1-5-9-#). This will unlock the safe in a
DEFAULT MODE. (DO NOT use this code
while securing items in your safe)
