• Set the desired position of the seat and backrest and secure both with the
respective „M16 locking pins“ (21) in the holes provided.
• The seat has 4 adjustment levels, the backrest has 8 adjustment levels.
Important:
1. Make sure that the M16 locking pins (21) are properly and securely in place
2. Simply locking it to the frame is not sufficient to secure the device and, if
incorrectly adjusted, could lead to considerable injuries.
3. Before fully loading the device and starting to train, make sure that the device
is fully stable and securely locked.
