4.3 SELECCIÓN Y CONTROL DEL PULSO OBJETIVO
La frecuencia del pulso en BPM ('beats per minute') es un excelente indicador para saber si está entrenando
de acuerdo con su objetivo de entrenamiento y su estado físico actual. Los BPM para cada objetivo de
entrenamiento dependen de la edad. Debe controlar su pulso durante el ejercicio de la manera adecuada.
Muchos dispositivos de SPORTSTECH no solo lo muestran en qué rango de pulso se encuentra como
valor numérico, sino también con colores en función de su pulso máximo típico de la edad ('MHR'). Tenga
siempre en cuenta las siguientes indicaciones:
¡ADVERTENCIA! El sistema de control de la frecuencia cardíaca puede estar defectuoso.
El exceso de ejercicio puede provocar lesiones peligrosas o la muerte. Si experimenta una
disminución anormal del rendimiento, deje de hacer ejercicio inmediatamente.

Evite el sobreesfuerzo. Respetar siempre el estado físico general y diario del individuo.
Preste atención a las señales físicas.
•
Los rangos de objetivos de entrenamiento son solo especificaciones medias que deben
adaptarse a la constitución individual. Se recomienda un apoyo médico.
Seleccione el pulso objetivo aproximado de la siguiente manera:
•
En el siguiente gráfico, seleccione su edad aproximada. Debajo se muestra como una estimación de
su pulso máximo aproximado típico de la edad (MHR).
Regla práctica:
MHR = 220 – [Edad]
Ejemplo: 47 años:
MHR = 220 – 47
= 173 BPM
Utilice el
gráfico
para saber su
rango de pulso objetivo.

Teniendo en cuenta su edad,
elija la gama de colores que
coincida con su objetivo de
entrenamiento.
•
Luego, vaya directamente
a la izquierda y lea el pulso
objetivo aproximado en la
escala.

En cualquier caso:

Compruebe si el pulso objetivo detectado
satisface sus necesidades.
Si no es así, ajústelo hasta que
encuentre un valor óptimo.
•
El
color LED
le muestra en tiempo real en qué rango de porcentaje del pulso máximo típico de la edad
(MHR) está entrenando actualmente. Los colores corresponden a los diagramas anteriores.
4.4 CONTROL DE LA APTITUD FÍSICA („RECUPERACIÓN DEL PULSO“)
Utilice el botón „Recuperación del pulso“ para determinar su estado físico actual:
•
Haga un entrenamiento, pero no se esfuerce demasiado. Asegúrese de que su pulso sea medido por
los sensores del manillar con sensores o por un dispositivo Bluetooth conectado.
•
Pulse este botón directamente al final del entrenamiento y empiece a relajarse: Su pulso baja y el
ordenador lo mide.
Un descenso brusco indica una buena forma física. El ordenador evalúa su estado físico actual entre F1 y F6
según la siguiente tabla. Sin embargo, se trata solo de estimaciones.
