GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING METHODS
A: Controller error information and troubleshooting
1.
Electronic table dispaly: E01 Communication failure.
Troubleshooting: Check upper and lower control connection line to see if they are well connected.
If so, replace the electronic table or frequency converter.
2.
Electronic table display: E05! Overcurrent protection.
Troubleshooting: Overcurrent when the motor is running and excesses the set value, replace motor.
3.
Electronic table dispaly: E08! Overvoltage protection.
4.
Electronic table dispaly: E09! Overload protection.
5.
Electronic table dispaly: E0A! Phase loss.
Troubleshooting: Check if three-phase is well connected to the frequency converter.
6.
Electronic table dispaly: E0B! Raise and fall failure
Troubleshooting: Check to see if the raise and fall moto.r is properly connected to the frequency con-
verter, replace motor.
7.
Electronic table dispaly: E0C! Overheat protection.
8.
Electronic table dispaly: Safety lock falling off.
Troubleshooting: Check if magnetic safety lock is properly placed; if so, replace electronic table.
B: Other troubleshooting methods:
1.
No dispaly of electronic table:
a.
Check if power line is well plug in, if power switch is on, if the fuse in the controller blows.
b.
If the four-core connection line electronic table and controller is well connected.
c.
If the controller is well connected.
2.
No dispaly or false display of hand-hold heartbeat:
a.
Check to see if the hand-hold heartbeat wire is reliablly connected.
b.
Check to see if the hands are closely connected to the snesing sheet.
c.
Please wash your hands with clean water and keep it wet.
3.
The motor can‘t start.
a.
Please check to see if the wire is well connected.
b.
Please observe the wrong signal on electronic table.
4.
Poor sensitivity of touching screen:
a.
Check screen to see if it is wet.
b.
If your finger is wet.
