2. Training modes, Virtual racetrack, Training results
On the console's screen, you can select from a variety of different training modes.
For selecting a mode, turn the control knob until the desired mode is highlighted with an orange frame.
Then press the knob. (In the figure below, the 'Target Time' mode is highlighted. When a different mode
is pre-selected, its symbol in the overview looks similar.)

Quick start mode
(Manual mode)
On a virtual racetrack, perform your training as fast and long as you
like.

Target calories
In these modes, you move on a virtual racetrack. The selected target
value will be counted down after start.
Select a training duration.
Select a training distance.
Select an amount of calories to be burned (estimated value).

3 User programs
Here, you can individually set, save and start six different intensity
patterns; e.g., for interval trainings.

HRC (Heart
rate controlled)
program
Select a target heart rate for your training. The computer keeps
adjusting the intensity automatically to support you achieving it.

5 Workout mode
Select from 12 different intensity patterns, each of which comprises 16
segments. Set the training duration and start your individual workout.

6 Racing mode
Select from 12 different intensity patterns with 16 segments. Start a
race against virtual competitors on the virtual racetrack.

• In all training modes, respect your personal daily and general limits!
NEVER overexert yourself or others.
• Especially in case of known problems or when you are not experienced, seek medical
advice before training.
