sory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they are supervised or have been in-

8 and above only under adult supervision.
6.1. Startup / Operation
1.
Attention:
Use a heat-proof underlying surface that preferably can be washed off.
2. Make sure that the included accessories or objects on the table, such as silverware, napkins, etc. do not come
into contact with the heating spirals!
3. Plug the plug of the power cord into a suitable socket according to Chapter 14 «Technical Specifications».
The PizzaRaclette6 is now ready for use.
4.
Attention:
The pans are hot. Handle the pans only on the heat-proof handles and set them down only on
heat-proof pot holders, etc. Any pans that are not needed can be stored in the lower level of the PizzaRa-
clette6. Never place empty pans in the pizza / raclette level. This can damage or destroy the non-stick coating
of the pans.
5. We recommend that you do not operate the appliance for extended periods without food. Instead, switch the
machine off when not in use and switch it on again as needed.
6. After use, unplug the plug of the power cord from the socket and allow the appliance to cool completely on the
table before moving or cleaning the appliance.
6.1.1. Baking pizza
1. Turn the temperature control all the way to the stop in order for the appliance to heat as quickly as possible and
then switch on the bottom heat.
2. After pre-heating for a few minutes the appliance is ready for use.
3. Apply a thin coat of oil or butter to the pans.
4. Put the desired ingredients in the pans and place the pans in the pizza / raclette level. We recommend that you
do not overfill the pans:
• Foods could fall out, making it difficult to clean the appliance later.
• Foods could come into contact with the heating spiral and burn.
• The cooking time will be longer and your mini-pizza may not be crispy.
5. Set the temperature with the temperature control – you can set it somewhat higher at first, then reduce it
afterwards.
6. Depending on the toppings your pizza will be done after 3 – 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the appliance and
carefully remove the pizza, using the pizza paddle. Enjoy!
