REPLACING THE FILTER CARTRIDGE 

It is recommended to replace the ion exchange filter approximately every 1,000 
hours of use or about 260 gallons of water depending on the condition of water you 
are using. 

REPLACEMENT INSTRUCIONS 

1. Remove the water tank cap from the water tank. 
2. The ion exchange filter is attached on the water tank cap. Detach the old ion 
exchange filter by turning counter-clockwise. (Fig.1) 
3. Attach the new ion exchange filter to the cap by turning clockwise. (Fig.1) 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 

ATTENTION: 

If condensate forms on your windows or walls, please turn off the humidifier. 

 

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE 

To get the most of the benefits from the humidifier, follow the instructions below 

carefully. 

DAILY MAINTENANCE 

1.  Turn off the humidifier and unplug it from the electrical outlet. 

2.  Remove the water tank. 

3.  Drain and rinse the water tank. 

4.  Wipe and dry the tank and the base with clean soft cloth or paper towel. 

WEEKLY MAINTENANCE 

1.  Follow the 4 steps in the daily maintenance. 

2.  Fill the basin of the base with one cup of white vinegar for about 15 minutes.   

3.  Discard the vinegar and gently wipe off the deposit in the basin, with soft cloth. 

You may use a soft brush for cleaning as well.

must be equal to or greater than the rating of the humidifier. Care must be taken to 
arrange the extension cord so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop 
where it can be pulled on by children or accidentally tripped over.
