phone. Before carrying out the installation of your 
new system, we strongly

 

advise you read this 

manual carefully and completely! 
 
Please charge the batteries for at least 10 hours 
before first time use. 

Although the wireless video door phone has error 
correction capabilities, it can be affected by other 
equipment in the area. It is strongly advised to test 
the product before choosing your final installation 
position. (See also Propagation of radio waves). 
 

 
 
 

Power requirement  

 

The system can be powered by battery or an 
electrical power supply, or both together.  When 
powered by battery and electrical together, the 
battery will automatically recharge when it is low. 
 

 

Battery Voltage: DC 3.7V capability:  
1400mA/h 

 

Electrical supply INPUT 230 Volts AC, OUTPUT 
5V, 1000mA. 

 

In the event of a power failure, the communication 
can be lost. The electrical network is classified as 
hazardous. The only way to power down the 
charger is to unplug the power from the electrical 
outlet. Ensure that the electrical outlet is always 
easily accessible.

The radio signal

Radio frequency or radio waves are used for 
wireless communication between outdoor and 
indoor stations. 
 
The performance of wireless communication 
depends on the environment where it is applied. 
Radio coverage quality will be affected by possible 
blockage between transmitter and receiver! Think 

about walls, concrete, metal (armored doors, 
elevator shafts, etc.), plasterboard, wood, etc. 
Not only visible obstructions can affect wireless 
quality, we get interference from electric or 
electromagnetic devices as well! Think about 
wireless routers, microwave ovens and TV’setc. It is 
important to test the wireless coverage on site 
before starting the installation!
