1.
Remove the closing cap of the central lock.

To open the fixture, press inward and Turn the central lock using a
socket key M5 hex socket head driver, by 90° anti-clockwise direction as
far as it can go. Before turning, make sure to press the lock as shown in
the picture.

Swivel down the lighting trough (Support the Glass while performing step
no. 2 of this section).
4.
Connect the Battery to the Electrical circuit through the connector provided
in the battery chamber / compartment.
5.
Proceed in reverse order to close.
6.
The seal of the luminaire trough must lie correctly on the sealing edge.
7.
Push the closing cap onto the central lock opening (To avoid dust
accumulation).
Note:
a)
In open end position and with lighting trough swiveled down, a restart lock-out device prevents the central lock from being actuated.
b)
Please do not use force!
c)
When the lighting trough is closed, the central lock is released.
d)
While trying to open or close, keep the Allen key pressed to the lock and then turn.
e)
To avoid deep discharge of the battery, the Luminaire is supplied without connecting the battery to the electrical circuit.
f)
DO NOT FORGET TO CONNECT THE BATTERY TO THE ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT BEFORE SWITCHING ON THE
LUMINIARE.

Opening and closing the reflector plate

Follow the procedure to Open the Luminaire as explained above, then open the
reflector plate by two (2 No’s) quarter turn screws as shown in the picture.

Swivel down the reflector plate as shown.

When closing, flip up the reflector plate, snap it into place and fix it with by two
(2 No’s) quarter turn screws to Lock the reflector Plate.
7.3.3
Electrical Connections
Observe the maximum clamping possibility of the connecting terminals (see chapter
"Technical data").
For optional screw-type terminals, two conductors per clamping unit can be clamped (incoming and outgoing wiring).
Note:
•
Clamping must be carried out precisely!
•
Do not clamp any part of the conductor insulation!
•
Do not interchange the conductors!
•
Observe the technical regulations when connecting the conductor!
•
Clamp the conductor firmly.
•
Optional screw-type terminals: Firmly tighten screws (tightening torque 2 Nm, for unused clamping units 0.7 Nm)!
