Trouble shooting
Cause
Measure
The lamp was incorrectly inserted.
Insert the lamp correctly.
The lamp is defective.
Replace the lamp.
The ballast is defective.
Replace the ballast.
The power switch is defective.
Replace the switch.
The lamp reached its end of service life.
Replace the lamp.
LED display red
The battery is defective.
Replace the battery.
The switch in the battery case is defective.
Replace the switch.
The switch in the light fitting is defective.
Replace the switch.
LED display blinking red
The battery capacity is too low.
Replace the battery.
If the error cannot be eliminated using the mentioned procedures:
•
Contact the local representative of R. STAHL Schaltgeräte GmbH.
For fast processing, have the following information ready:
•
Type and serial number
•
Purchase information
•
Error description
•
Intended use (in particular input / output wiring)
NOTE
Resetting the capacity error (blinking red).
•
Replace the battery.
Automatic:
•
A continuous operation test is carried out automatically after 36 hours.
•
The error will be reset once the test has been passed successfully.
Manual:
•
Actuate the switch in the battery case for 5 seconds.
•
Release the switch.
•
Actuate the switch twice within 10 seconds for a duration of 2 seconds.
