Reinstall the heel link and ensure that the heel link shaft key is fully
inserted into the key way. Reconnect the extension spring to the
frame.
10.
Adjust top edge of the heel link pivot assembly so that it is parallel
with the floor (see Figure 27).

Remove the base and side covers.
2.
Rotate the heel link turnbuckle to slacken the chain.
Note: It may be necessary to rotate the heel link turnbuckle
both directions to see which way will loosen the chain.
