CAUTION: The fryer is operating at a temperature set on the valve (110-190 °C). Setting the tem
-
perature on the valve causes the oil to heat up to a preset temperature, e.g. 190 °C (main burners
switching off), then cooling the oil below the preset temperature (throwing in frozen french fries)
causes the main burners to reactivate and the oil is heated up
After changing the type of gas supplying the appliance - remember:
•
Place a new information sticker on the appliance to adapt to the new supply.
•
Use red paint to mark the new position of moving parts, e.g. the air control sleeve
•
Check the tightness of connections
•
Check the position and operation of the main burners: color, shape and flame stability.
Note for maintenance staff: When replacing the safety thermostat, insert the sensor so that only
the capillary tube hides in the socket; whereas when replacing the minisit valve, insert the sensor
fully into the socket.
