SEAT HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
Proper seat height is important for efficient exercise. To determine proper seat height, sit on the BIKE and
center the ball of your foot on the pedal in the down position. Your leg should be slightly bent and relaxed
as shown.
If your leg is too straight or if your foot cannot touch the pedal when extended at the downstroke, you will need
to lower the seat. If your leg is bent too much, you will need to raise the seat. Remove the
ADJUSTMENT
KNOB(35)
, lower or raise the
SEAT(36)
to the desired height, and secure with the
ADJUSTMENT KNOB(35).
NOTE:
The
ADJUSTMENT KNOB(35)
should be screwed in tight to make the
SEAT POST(6)
fit securely
in the
MAIN FRAME(1).
LOAD ADJUSTMENT
To increase the load, turn the
TENSION KNOB(23)
clockwise. To decrease the load, turn the
TENSION
KNOB(23)
counterclockwise.
For overall higher or lower resistance, you can adjust the belt drive’s tension. For greater resistance, turn
the
TENSION KNOB(23)
clockwise as far as possible. Pull up on the
BUCKLE(62)
tab as shown in the
illustration, and pull the end of the
TENSION STRAP(61)
out to tighten it around the
FLYWHEEL(21),
and push the
BUCKLE(62)
tab back into place.
For less overall resistance, turn the
TENSION KNOB(23)
counterclockwise as far as possible. Pull up on
the
BUCKLE(62)
tab and push the
TENSION STRAP(61)
toward the
COVERS(28,29)
to create slack in
the
TENSION STRAP(61).
Push the
BUCKLE(62)
tab back into place.
