USING THE FITNESS METER

1.  Rechargeable batteries are not recommended.

NOTE:

CALORIES:

1.  By hand or by using a simple tool remove the 

METER(13)

 from the 

LEFT

 and 

RIGHT COVERS(35, 36).

2.  The 

METER(13)

  operates  with  an AAA  battery,  the  battery  is  not 

included. Refer to the illustration to install or replace the battery.

HOW TO INSTALL AND REPLACE BATTERIES:

TIME:

Upper  readout  displays  the  total  crank  revolutions  you  have  completed  during  the 

current workout from zero to 9999 revolutions.
Automatically scans each function of 

TIME, COUNT, TOTAL COUNT, DISTANCE,

 and 

CALORIES 

in sequence with change every six seconds. Press and release the button 

until 

"SCAN"

 appears on the display.

Displays the time from one second up to 99:59 minutes.
Displays  the  total  accumulated  crank  revolutions  you  have  taken  from  zero  to  9999 
revolutions. The  total  accumulated  crank  revolutions  is  retained  when  the  meter  is 
turned off.
Displays the distance from zero to 99.99 miles.
Displays the calorie consumption from zero to 9999 cal.
The calorie readout is an estimate for an average user. It should be used only as a 
comparison between workouts on this unit.

inactivity.

FUNCTION BUTTON:

Press to select lower display functions. Lower display functions 

include 

SCAN, TIME, COUNT, TOTAL COUNT, DISTANCE, 

and 

CALORIES.

Press and hold for three seconds to reset all functions to zero.

1.  The  meter  will  shut  off  automatically  after  four  minutes  of  inactivity. All  function 

values will be kept. Press the button and hold it down for three seconds to reset all 

functions to zero, except 

TOTAL COUNT.

2.  The 

TOTAL COUNT

 will be reset to zero after battery is removed for battery 

replacement or storage of the unit.
