2.1.4 Fitting the collector and support plates
Attach the collector to the leg assembly by
M5x30 screws.
Insert the hex key 3HK-5 into the hole of the
piston and hold it, so that the torque moment
doesn’t transmit to the diaphragm.
Attach the support plate to the piston by
M6x16 screw.
