Headphone Jack - Units with Gen 1 Hotbar
For Star Trac treads 8-TRx, 8-TR, 8-TC, and the Stairmaster 8-G Stepmill after installing the PVS, you
must install the headphone jack in the hotbar. The following steps must be completed after primary
installation of the PVS and controller.
1.
Connect the 3.5mm audio cable from the PVS

to the hot bar audio cable.
2.
Remove the phillips screw on the underside of
the hot bar that holds the cover in place and pull
out the cover..
3.
Insert the headphone jack and use the Phillips
screw to fasten in place.
