Never operate a faulty device

Before use, make sure that the device is properly connected to the
base machine and all the locks are fastened
•
Switch off the tractor during maintenance. Engage the parking
brake
•
Never go under a device that is suspended by a hoist only. Support
the device
•
When switching on the machine, beware of the danger of crushing
between the tractor and the grader
•
Don’t use the device for a purpose for which it was not designed
•
During maintenance, use appropriate protective equipment
•
Do not remove parts that belong to the device. Removal of
components may impair the safety of the device
•
Understand the warning labels and signage
•
When using the device on public roads, road traffic laws and
regulations must be complied with
•
Always use hazard warning lights when working
•
Please note the device width, weight and other factors, which
influence drivability. Adjust the working speed according to
conditions. Ensure also that there are no people in the area of
work
•
Figures 8 and 9 show the maximum diversion of graders from the
central line
•
Before removing the hydraulic hoses, the machine must be firmly
on the ground
•
When grading, ensure that the graded surface does not contain
fixed obstacles, such as wells or large rocks. Danger of damage!
•
When adjusting the direction of the frame and the steel plate,
align the holes using a locking pin, not your finger!
•
In graders with mechanical frame adjustment (TLM2500,
TLM3050), do not adjust the frame when the machine is elevated
and/or on a sloping surface. After the locking pins have been
detached, the machine can sway suddenly. (Causes danger of
crushing!)
