6.7 Setting the operating mode
The machine has three operating modes.
Automatic mode:
• Normal mode
• Button mode
• Foot switch mode
Manual:
• Normal mode
• Button mode
• Foot switch mode
6.7.1 Setting automatic mode
In automatic mode, assembly of the cutting ring is triggered by
applying pressure in the assembly area.

• tool change
• restart
• emergency stop
6.7.2 Setting button mode
Button mode may only be set by the commissioning personnel.
Button mode is active after the light curtain has been deactivated.
How to activate button mode:

In the
Setup > order
menu, press the
Properties
button.
The
Properties > level
menu appears.
