wodden device, to avoid damages from the non-stick coating.

Use a humid cloth with a little bit of detergent to clean it. Resisting dirt should
be covered with some oil, wait for ca 5 min and try to remove it again with a
humid cloth. Do not use abherasive cleaners. When cleaning the oil tray, be
careful, that the liquid in it is cooled down completely.
