Table Top
Keep tables rust-free with regular applications of
quality lubricants or surface protectants.
Bearings
Sealed and pre-lubricated ball bearings require no
lubrication for the life of the bearings
Gibs & Dovetail Ways
To lubricate the gibs and dovetail ways, an occasional
“shot” of light oil is all that is necessary to keep the
tables moving smoothly.
Lubrication
Vacuum excess wood chips/sawdust, and wipe off
the remaining dust with a dry cloth. If any resin has
built up, remove it with a resin dissolving cleaner.
Cleaning

Always disconnect power
to the machine before
performing maintenance.

low this maintenance schedule and refer to any spe-
cific instructions given in this section.
Daily Check:

Loose mounting bolts.
•
Damaged or loose knives.
•
Worn or damaged wires.
•
Any other unsafe condition.
Monthly Check:
•
V-belt tension, damage, or wear.
•
Clean and vacuum dust buildup from motor.
