INSTRUCTIONS FOR STARTING NEGATIVE GROUNDED VEHICLES BEFORE STARTING, READ WARNING ON BOTH
SIDES
Consult your owner´s manual.
1) Connect clamps in order as shown in diagram.
2) Move away from car being boosted.
3) Start dead battery car. If unsuccessful, first start good battery and then start dead battery car.
4) Remove clamps in exact reverse order. Be careful to avoid moving blades of fan.
5) In either battery is positive ground, see vehicle owners manual for instructions or seek service assistance.
WARNING – BATTERIES PRODUCE EXPLOSIVE GASES
Wear safety glasses when using booster cables.
Consult your car owner´s manual and booster cable package for complete details.
1. Connect one clamp to „dead“ battery terminal wired to starter or solenoid. (Positive (+) Post.)
2. Connect the other end of the cable with same color coded clamp to the positive (+) post of the good battery.
3. Connect the other clamp to Negative (-) post of „good“ battery.
4. Connect remaining clamp to engine block of stalledcar as far away from battery as possible.
5. Start car and immediately remove clamps, reversing procedure by removing clamp at engine block first,
