4. Parameters
This section will describe the user programmable parameter setup, with an
explanation of each parameter and its associated settings. The XC880A has several
programmable parameters. These parameters reside in the system’s Flash memory and
can be setup by the user to fit the specific needs of an application.
4.1
Parameter Access
Parameters are accessed through the keyboard by first entering the code for
the desired parameter followed by the ‘PARM’ key located in the numeric section
of the keyboard. Once a parameter is accessed, the user will be prompted to enter
data, or press certain keys. Certain functions may be password protected to guard
against unauthorized access. See section 3.6 for details on using and changing the
password.
