Start-up after installation
Each lifting device is provided with a hydraulic cylinder, a position measuring device
(inclinometer) and an electro-mechanical fall prevention system (safety catch).
Synchronization of the lifting devices during lifting and lowering is provided by the
level control system in the control console.
The levelling of the cylinders (vehicle lift) is monitored and controlled by four
inclinometers and a microprocessor control system. Height differences of more than
1" (25 mm) are corrected to max. 3/8" (10 mm) using the lowering valves. For more
information, refer to the description of the hydraulic components in chapter
.
The control board outputs to the solenoids are made in solid-state technology. The
outputs (FETs) are short circuit proof and have significant advantages compared to
print relays:
• The outputs will automatically be disabled at short circuit and come back on when
the short circuit is repaired.
• Fault situations will be displayed on the fault display inside the control box.
• A fault will be displayed in case an output is being operated and a wire is broken
or not connected properly.
The control box has several LED indications on the control board inside. Also refer
to the sticker inside the control box. The function of the LED's is as follows:
LED LD101
Indication that fuse F102 is switched off.
LED LD 600
Indication if motor relay M 1 is activated.
LED LD 604
Indication of the activated track lighting relay.
LED's LD 702 and LD 703
Indication of the activated valves for lowering (= also correction) lifting device 1
and 3.
LED's LD 706 and LD 707
Indication of the activated valves for lowering (also correction) lifting device 2 and 4.
LED's LD 800 up to LD 803
Indication of the activated solenoids for the safety catches of lifting device 1 up to 4.
