Key the 1/32” balsa parts TE2 (2) to the top and bottom of the trailing edge jig and interlock with ribs R1-4.
Tack glue into position then run thin CA along the inside adjoining surfaces.
10. Key parts S5 to the top and bottom of ribs R1 the ribs are pre-notched.
S5 will give your covering something to
adhere to when you later remove a window of film from the top and bottom of the wing between S5 and the
trailing edge.
11. Double either side of ribs R2 with the 1/32” ply parts R2A. This forms the gear pocket so do a good job of
wicking thin CA into all joints adding a bit of CA to the inside of the pocket to harden this area.
