GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS

This product must be grounded. if it should malfunction or breakdown grounding 
provides  path of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric 
shock. This product is equipped with a cord having an equipment-grounding 
conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate 
outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local code and 
ordinances.

DANGER- Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result 
in a risk of electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if you are 
in doubt as to whether the product is properly grounded. Do not modify the plug 
provided with the product if it will not fit the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by 
qualified electrician.

This product is for use on a nominal 230-volt (120-volt /USA) circuit and has a 
grounding plug that looks like the plug illustrated in Figure 1-1(Figure 1-2). Make 
sure that the product is connected to an outlet having the same configuration as 
the plug. No adapter should be used with this product.

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service
agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

WARNING

Before starting any exercise 
program, consult with your 
physician or health professional. 

-This is especially important for 
persons over the age of 35 or persons 
with pre-existing health problems.

If you feel pain or dizziness at 
any time while exercising, stop 
immediately and begin cooling 
down.

Adjust your own speed and 
grade.-Never make adjustments
for another person or allow 
someone else tomake 
adjustments for you.

DO not overexert yourself or 
work to exhaustion.

Step off the treadmill after
 belt stop.

Keeping your eyes focused 
straight ahead will help you 
maintain your balance.

Always hold the handrails in 
reverse walking to avoid any 
possibility of being falling down 
and use at speed under 4km/h.

Wear appropriate exercise 
clothing and athletic shoes 
when using the equipment.

Never let your bare hands or a 
part of your body touch the 
walking belt directly at any 
point when the treadmill is in 
operation.

When the treadmill is not in 
use, always move the on/off 
switch to the off position than 
unplug the power cord.

Keep children under the age of 
12 and pets away from the 
equipment at all times.

Never allow more than one 
person on the equipment at  
a time.
