14. Maintenance
14.1. Daily maintenance procedures
Before maintenance, turn the machine off.
Adjust the belt tightness.
Check the machine’s electric connection
Make sure that the main shaft bolt isn’t loose. If necessary, tighten with an allen key.
Make sure that the fast-locking nut of the rim locks the rim in such a way that the rim doesn’t rotate on
the shaft during the machine’s rotation.
14.2. Professional maintenance
If the machine’s functionality has any apparent errors, that don’t get fixed with self-calibration, it is
necessary to contact the professional maintenance service.
Adjusting the power sensors and changing them is meant to be done by professionals as follows:
1) Unscrew the nuts No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
2) Detach the sensor and nut
3) Change the sensors No. 6, 7
4) Install the sensors and nuts as in Fig 33 (be careful about the direction of the sensors)
5) Fasten nut No. 1
6) Fasten nut No. 2 and attach the part to the main shaft and to the side of the machine. After this,
fasten nut No. 3.
7) Fasten nut No. 4 (not too tight), fasten nut No. 5
Changing the circuit board needs to be done by a professional.
