WPKI HKV
Part no: 22 11 42
The distributor, with 2 connection pairs respectively to the top and
bottom, is designed for the connection of two heating circuits in
conjunction with the heating compact installations WPKI HK and
WPKI HKM.
Specific features of the WPKI HKM
Three-way mixer
A bypass can be used to reduce the flow temperature by mixing in return
water. The bypass can be infinitely adjusted with the adjusting screw

approx. 1 mm. Tighten the locking
screw again after completing the adjustment. The mixer is regulated via
the servomotor. In the delivered condition, both mixer and bypass are
closed, and the locking screw is tight.

Description
The heating compact installations
WPKI HK
and
WPKI HKM
are
specifically designed for buffer cylinders SBP 200 E, SBP 400 E and SBP
700 E. In conjunction with the pipe set WPKI RB, they offer heating
contractors a clear and easy means of connecting the heating system to
the SBP...E buffer cylinder.
The return ball valve contains a gravity brake to prevent unintentional
natural circulation. The gravity brake can be opened manually by turning
the handle approx. 45° to its end stop.
The heating compact installation
WPKI HK
is designed to operate in an
unmixed heating circuit.
The heating compact installation
WPKI HKM
is designed to operate in a
heating circuit with a three-way tee mixer with servomotor.

WPHW 32
Part no: 22 11 36
The low loss header is designed to separate the volume flow between
the heat source and the consumer.
Recommended for the operation of 2 heating circuits without buffer
cylinder.
WPKI RB
Part no: 22 11 41
The pipe set is designed for fitting to the buffer cylinder SBP....E and
either the heating compact installations WPKI HK or WPKI HKM.
The installation (water and electrical work) and commissioning, as well
as the maintenance of these compact installations, must only be carried
out by a qualified contractor in accordance with these instructions.
Subject to the relevant system, observe the operating and installation
instructions of the components of which the system comprises.
Keep these operating instructions safely and pass them on to any new
user, should the equipment change hands. Let your contractor check
their content in conjunction with any maintenance or repair work.
