12.2 Sensor installation
12.2.1 Outside temperature sensor AF PT
The outside temperature sensors have a significant influence on
the function of your heating system. Therefore ensure that the
outside temperature sensors are correctly positioned and well
insulated.

- Install the outside temperature sensor on a north or
north-eastern wall.
- Ensure that the outside temperature sensor is freely exposed
to the elements but not placed in direct sunlight.
- Never mount the outside temperature sensor above win-
dows, doors or air ducts.
- Observe the following minimum clearances: 2.5 m above the
ground and 1 m to the side of windows and doors

Remove the cover.

Secure the base with the screw supplied.

Connect the cable.
f

Connect the outside temperature sensor to AA01-X1.3.
f

Replace the cover. The cover must audibly click into place.
12.2.2 Fitting the temperature sensor (accessory) for area
cooling
Area cooling requires the fitting of a temperature sensor, available
as an accessory.

Remove the cover (see chapter “Installation / Removing / fit-
ting the front casing”).

Remove the insulation segment.

heat pump cooling, optional” from behind.
