10.2 Lifting onto the roof
Damage to the appliance and the environment
Never touch the glass pane in the collector.
If the glass surface becomes dirty, e.g. with fingermarks,
clean the collector surface immediately with the cleaning
cloth provided.
You can pull the collector onto the roof over a ladder. To do this,
place a rope around the collector frame.
Never secure the rope to the collector connections.

10.3 Fixing the collector
Install the collector in accordance with the installation instructions
for the fixing system being used.
Damage to the appliance and the environment
If there is strong sunlight, the collectors should be
covered with opaque material before commissioning.

The spacer should not be removed until the collectors
have been linked to one another.
If the spacer is removed beforehand, the flexible plug-in
connection may be damaged when the second collector
is pushed into place.
Note
Never lubricate the plug-in connections.

Remove the cover of the collector connection.

Insert the plug-in connection into the collector connection.

WARNING Burns
When a plug-in connection is removed after being inside
a heated collector for several minutes, the metal may
be hot.
