9.2. Adjusting maximum speed
1 - Check that the throttle cable is adjusted cor-
rectly
.
2 - Let the engine heat up for a few minutes then
set the throttle control to “FAST”.
3 -
Check the rotation speed on the speed
indicator (6).
4 - Act on the regulation screw (7) to establish the
correct value of the maximum turn system.
NOTE: The engine’s maximum speed must be
between 2800 (±100) rpm; if you do not read
this value, proceed as follows.
5 - Check:
- that the spring (8) is intact and positioned at the
attachment point furthest from the fulcrum of the
control lever;
- that the wire (9) and the relative spring (10) are
intact and not deformed;
- that the moving levers (11) are not bent or defor-
med and replace the entire support if necessary
.
