Safety information on the LPG system
DANGER
In the event of an LPG leak, there is a
risk of explosion and fire at any time.If
LPG starts to leak and the engine fails
to start or a starting malfunction occurs,
the risk of explosion or fire is especially
serious.
If there is a malfunction, carrying out any
operation in the LPG system or continu-
ing to operate the forklift truck is prohibi-
ted.
DANGER
Using twin LPG cylinders may carry a
risk of explosion.
If an additional safety valve has been in-
stalled, please only use replacement cyl-
inders made of aluminium or mixed ma-
terials.
Emissions
The values specified apply to a standard truck
(compare the specifications in the "VDI data-
sheet" chapter). Different tyres, lift masts, ad-
ditional units etc. may produce different val-
ues.
Noise emissions
The values were determined based on meas-
uring procedures from the standard EN 12053
"Safety of industrial trucks. Test methods for
measuring noise emissions“ based on
EN12001 and EN ISO 3744 and the require-
ments of EN ISO 4871.
This machine emits the following sound pres-
sure level:
Continuous sound pressure level in the driv-
er’s compartment
LpAZ
Measurement
uncertainty KpA
RCG20
80 dB
2.4dB
The values were determined in the test cycle
on an identical machine from the weighted val-
ues for operating statuses and idling.
However, the indicated noise levels at the
truck cannot be used to determine the noise
emissions at workplaces according to the
most recent version of Directive 2003/10/EC
(daily personal noise pollution). If required,
these noise emissions must be determined di-
rectly at the workplaces under the actual con-
ditions present (further sources of noise, par-
ticular application conditions, sound reflec-
tions) by the operating company.
NOTE
Please note the definition of "operating com-
pany" in the sense of responsible persons!
Vibrations
The vibrations of the machine have been de-
termined on an identical machine in accord-
ance with the standards DIN EN 13059 "Safe-
ty of industrial trucks - Test methods for meas-
uring vibration" and DIN EN 12096 "Mechani-
cal vibration - Declaration and verification of
vibration emission values".
Frequency-weighted effective value of accel-
eration on the seat
The following value is valid for all truck mod-
els:

0.3 m/s2
Tests have indicated that the amplitude of the
hand and arm vibrations on the steering wheel
or the operating devices in trucks is less than
2.5 m/s2. There are therefore no
