To start the charging process, push and
hold the charging button (8) on the truck
plug for 2 seconds.
To charge the battery carefully, the battery
charger starts a special charging characteris-
tic curve. A full charge in this condition takes
longer than a normal charging process. The
driver must monitor the charging process at
regular intervals (at least every 30 minutes). If
the battery heats up to an excessive degree
or emits a lot of gas (strong sulphur smell),
the driver must cancel the charging process
immediately. In this case, the battery is proba-
bly defective.

can cause overloading as well as excessive gas
emissions and overheating of the battery.

incur damage and will charge correctly.
