Maintenance
Maintenance as required
– Push the battery (9) from the outside
towards the inside, sliding it along the rollers
on the truck chassis.
– Check that the battery (9) is aligned with the
side of the truck and does not protrude
beyond it. If the battery does protrude
beyond the side of the truck, push or pull
it into the correct position by placing a hand
inside the slot (12).
– Reconnect the plug (7) to the battery socket.
– Turn the key (6) to the ON position.
– Completely lower the forks using the button
(11).
– Close the battery compartment cover (2),
making sure the battery is properly secured
by the locking devices (14).
CAUTION
When closing the battery cover, take care to posi-
tion the cables of the battery plug in their seat so as
not to damage them.
Do not crush the battery cables beneath the battery
compartment cover.
DANGER
"Risk of crushing hands" as indicated by the two
stickers (13). When closing the battery compart-
ment cover, do not place hands or other body parts
between the battery cover and the battery compart-
ment.
