FAQs & Troubleshooting Guide (Cont.)
Failure Display and Inspection
If the Induction Cooktop experiences an abnormality, it will automatically
enter a protective state and display the corresponding protective code.
Proceed as listed below and call for service.
Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the unit by yourself!

Solution
No pan or pan
unsuitable
Ensure you have put a suitable pan on the cooking
zone. If the error code remains displayed, contact
our after sales support centre and arrange for a
service (PCB synchronisation or drive circuit fault).
E1
Input power
too high
Contact our after sales support centre and arrange
for a service (high voltage, exceeds 250V).
E2
Input power
too low
Contact our after sales support centre and arrange
for a service (low voltage, less 180V).
E3
Too high
temperature of
coil thermistor
The induction glass surface has become too hot.
Check and ensure that there is water in the pot/
pan you are using, then reconnect. If the error
code remains displayed, contact our after sales
support centre and arrange for a service (possible
cooktop sensor failure).
E5
Too high
temperature
of IGBT
thermistor
An internal part (the IGBT thermistor) has become
too hot, probably because the air outlet is blocked.
Check and ensure that all ventilation slots are
unobstructed and try again. If the error code
remains displayed, contact our after sales support
centre and arrange for a service (possible cooling
fan connection error or damage, or fan failure of
the drive circuit).
F3
Coil thermistor
short circuit
Contact our after sales support centre and arrange
for a service (sensor of coil thermistor connection
error or failure).
F4
Coil thermistor
open circuit
F9

Contact our after sales support centre and arrange
for a service (sensor of IGBT thermistor connection
error or failure).
