The temperature inside the oven chamber can be cooled between phases.
The cooling phase can only be set from phase 2 onwards.
In order to make cooling as fast as possible, do not modify the ventilation and humidity discharge valve values unless indispensable.
To set a holding phase:
A. Touch the field “+ NEW PHASE”
B. Select the cooking method “Cooling”
C. By default the temperature is set to 100°C (the adjustable temperature range is 100°C to 300°C)
D. Load product into the oven, press “Start” (press “+ NEW PHASE” if extra phases is required)
Note:
For the cooling phase to perform efficiently, do not close the ventilation valve unless necessary.

Note:
If phase one of the phases is set
to INF (the oven runs continuously), extra
phases cannot be added after that phase.
After setting all phase 1 parameters additional cooking phases can be set if required.
Up to 9 cooking phases can be programmed, (each cooking phase can be used for different cooking methods and parameters).
