Operating Instructions
Operation (W.PIM.60 / W.PIP200)
Operation (W.PIA50 / W.PIA100)
Upon setting up your equipment, the following steps must be followed:
1. Prior to use Fill the humidity tray/s located at the bottom of the unit with water, monitor regularly to ensure appropriate water levels are
maintained
2. Turn the unit on by pressing the “Power ON/OFF” switch, the pilot light will be illuminated
3. Select the desired temperature by adjusting the “Thermostat”. The temperature will be shown on the “Thermometer”
4. For display lights, press the “Light Switch”
1. Turn the unit on by turning the “Thermostat” clockwise until the pilot light is illuminated
2. Select the desired temperature by adjusting the “Thermostat”. (The operating temperature is shown on the “Thermometer”)
• All food MUST be pre-heated/cooked before placing in the unit. Attempting to cook food with this unit can lead to food poisoning
• Ensure the unit is maintaining the food temperature over 65°C
• The temperature reached on the temperature gauge is the air temperature, NOT the food temperature
• It is important to regularly monitor the food temperature

• All storage of food should comply with local health standards and regulations
• This unit is NOT designed to store product after hours. The unit MUST be switched OFF
