OPERATION
SAMPLE MIX
Volume relationship of 1:2-1/4:3 (cement : sand :
gravel) mix. The mix volume may vary depending on
aggregate used.
CLEANING
For consistent performance, long life and continued
high quality mixing of cement, thoroughly clean the
mixer inside and out at the end of each day's operation.
Drum may be scoured by 2 minute operation with
gravel and water mixture. Discharge, then hose down
drum inside and out. Keep mixer clean.
Before cleaning, shut off the engine or motor and
disconnect the spark plug wire or electric cord to
prevent accidental starting. Spray the mixer with water
before the mix dries to remove any accumulations.
Dried mix should be scraped out as necessary. DO
NOT beat on drum with shovel, hammer or other
device to break up accumulations of dried mix, as this
will dent and damage the drum.
NEVER POUR OR SPRAY WATER OVER THE
ENGINE OR MOTOR.
