Disconnect fuel line through control stick inspection door, marking the inline and outline. Close the
tubes with caps to avoid fuel leaks.
Disconnect right wing pitot tube and all electrical wirings (including fuel sensor floats) from control
stick inspection door. Mark the static and the dynamic lines.
Disconnect flap connection unscrewing the M6x35 bolt from flap.
Disconnect wing rear spar from fuselage unscrewing the M6 bolt through inspection holes behind
the seats.

Unscrew the 6 M10x80 bolts from wing box as shown below.

Move the wing up and down from wing tip for easy removal.
INSTALLATION
Insert the wing main and rear spars through dedicated housings, passing all tubes and electrical
system cables through housings.
Screw main and rear spars to fuselage with M10x80 bolts for the main spar and with the M6 bolt
for the rear spar.
Connect flap connection to fuselage control bracket and screw with M6x35 bolt.
Connect fuel line tubes and pitot tube through control stick inspection door.
Connect aileron control rod to control stick with M6x35 bolt.
Connect all electrical wirings (including fuel sensor floats).
