1.  Connect the end of the hose, on the hose reel, to the

waterfed pole connector. Unreel sufficient hose required

for the job on hand. Make sure that warning signs are in

place to warn pedestrians of the trip hazard.

2.  Switch the pump controller on by pressing the ^

button, (See fig 2) and increase the flow of water to the

pole by holding this button down. To decrease the flow,

press the v button until the desired flow rate is achieved.

The pump should run constantly when it is switched

on. If it is running intermittently, decrease the flow rate.

Failure to do so will result in poor pressure, and may

cause damage to the flow controller or the pump.

3.  Clean the surface by brushing in up/down strokes,

paying special attention stubborn marks.

4.  Remove the brush from the surface and rinse the surface

using the water jets.

5.  When you have completed the cleaning task, switch the

pump off by pressing and holding the third button on

the right, until the system turns off.  Depressurize the

pole by squeezing the trigger.

the system must not be

stored under pressure as this will invalidate the warran-

ty.

Disconnect the pole and reel in the extended hose.
