TROUBLE SHOOTING

Problem

Remedy

The power  is not  on.

There  is  no  sound.

Adjust  the  volume.

Unplug the headphones when listening through
speaker.

Check  the  batteries.

Insert  the  CD  with  the  label  side  outward.

Insert the AC  plug into a wall  outlet securely.

Make sure the batteries are installed correctly
and  that  they  are  fresh.

Rotate  the  VOLUME/POWER  OFF  switch
downwards  to  turn  on  the  set.

Clean  the  CD,  or  replace  it  if  the  CD  is  badly
damaged.

Place the player in a location free from vibration.

Check  if  your  batteries  are  fresh.

Make sure that the CD compartment is closed
properly.

Clean  the  CD  or  try  another  CD,  this  set  will
not play MP3 or WMA discs.

Replace the disc (this set will not play damaged
or   scr atched  C Ds),  or   buy   a  disc  repair
polisher  to  repair  the  scratched  disc  yourself.

Take out the CD and leave the CD DOOR open
for about an hour to dry moisture condensation.

The  sound  drops  out.

CD does  not play.

No  sound  on  battery
power  or  weak  sound.

Make sure the CD is seated on the center spindle
and

 into place before closing the door.

Your  batteries  are  weak  or  dead.  Replace  all
batteries  with  new  ones.
