WARNING!
Engine oil is unhealthy and hazardous substance for the environment. When the engine oil gets into
contact with your skin or in case of its leakage follow the instructions of the oil manufacturer. In case of huge
engine oil leakage, please contact the firemen.
OIL LEVEL HEIGHT INSPECTION
- Check the oil level height before each use.
- Place the air compressor on the horizontal, flat and solid surface. If the
compressor will not be placed on the horizontal surface, the oil level might
not be correct!
- The level shall reach the mark on the level gauge glass (16).
If the oil level is below this mark, you can refill the tank. Using the
compressor with low or too high oil level might cause its damage. The
guarantee does not cover such damage.
SAFETY VALVE CHECK
:
- Check if the safety valve (7) works before each use.
- Make sure the tank does not contain the pressure. Both pressure gauges
(4) (6) shall display 0 bar value.
- Pull the ring several times. The pin shall move freely.
- If the pin in safety valve cannot be moved freely, do not use the air
compressor and contact the authorized service.
AIR FILTER INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE:
- The air filter (9) prevents the compressor from dust and impurities.
- Check the air filter and replace it after each 100 service hours and/or every
3 months if necessary.
- Clogged air filter significantly decreases the compressor’s performance.
- Unscrew the air filter from the suction hole.
- Remove the filtration element from the plastic cover. Shake it and penetrate it
with compressed air at low pressure (app. 3 bars). Enter the filtration element
back into the plastic cover.
- Replace the air filter if necessary.
- Screw the air filter to the suction hole.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
The device is shipped in solid package in order to avoid damage during transport.
Most
of the package is recyclable. Please leave these materials at the recycling collection
centre. Handover the discarded devices at the shop. The shop shall ensure its
ecological disposal. Discarded devices are recyclable and shall not be disposed with the
domestic waste. Please help us to protect our resources and environment actively and
bring this device to the collection centre (if possible).
