11 Ordering spare parts
We only accept warranty claims for genuine spare parts. We express clearly that the assembly and/or use of
parts other than the genuine spare parts supplied by ourselves, can negatively change the given constructional
characteristics of the clutch and safety can thereby be directly and/or indirectly affected. Stromag is not liable for
any warranty claims regarding damage caused by using spare parts and accessories that are not approved by
Stromag or by spare parts that have not been replaced properly. Please bear in mind that special manufacturing
and delivery specifications often apply to our own as well as to foreign parts and that we always offer spare
parts according to the latest technical specifications and current legal regulations.
In order to ensure the continuous functioning and readiness for operation of the clutch, the following important
spare parts and parts subject to wear should be kept in stock, see component designations section 5.2:
• disc pack (7) to (10)
• pressure spring (13)
• bolts (14)
• brushes

Data for ordering spare parts
The following data is required for ordering spare parts:

Order number:
The order number is located on the outside of the clutch, see section 4.4.
•
Type series and size:
Type series and size of the clutch are displayed on the outside of the clutch, see section 4.4.
•
Article code:
The article code is located on the type plate of the clutch, see section 4.4.
•
Item numbers and designation:
Designation of spare parts, see section 5.2.
