screen of setting menu.
Here you will get some system suggestions, manage your accounts (
Accounts & sign-in

), defining parameters for permissions, special access and Security & restrictions
options.

you could add to TV and manage accessories, like remote control unit,

To get access to all device control options, like
Date & time, Language, Picture, Sound

chapter on this menu.
