STEP 2

Assemble the dump lock to the tub of the cart. Tighten all bolts securely.

STEP 3

Assemble the front axle assembly to the rear axle assembly. Tighten all bolts securely.

STEP 4

Place the wheels onto each axle (valve stem facing out) and secure using washers and cotter pins.
Bend back the ends of the cotter pins to keep them in place.
