- the cycle will be stopped

High pressure
High pressure alarm.
Possible solution:
- check the condition of the high pressure input
Main consequences:
- if the cycle requires the compressor to be used, the cycle will be stopped
- the alarm exit will be activated.
Low pressure
Low pressure alarm.
Possible solution:
- check the condition of the low pressure input
Main consequences:
- if the cycle requires the compressor to be used, the cycle will be stopped
- the alarm exit will be activated.
Open door
Open door alarm.
Possible solution:
- check the door conditions, it may not close correctly because of the product stored in
the device, because of the dirt near the proximity sensor, or the proximity sensor may be
defective.
Main consequences:
- the evaporator fan and the heating resistance will be turned off.
- after 5 seconds the
”open
door”
audible alarm will be activated.
High
temperature
Maximum temperature alarm (HACCP alarm).
Possible solution:
- check the cell temperature
Main consequences:
- the device will register the alarm
- the alarm exit will be activated.
Low
temperature
inimum temperature alarm (HACCP alarm).
Possible solution:
- check the cell temperature
Main consequences:
- the device will register the alarm
- the alarm exit will be activated.
Cycle
duration
Alarm for temperature based blast chilling/deep freezing not over within the maximum
expected time: 90 minutes for blast chilling / 240 minutes for deep freezing (HACCP
alarm)
Main consequences:
- the device will register the alarm
- the alarm exit will be activated.
Spike probe
Spike probe alarm
Possible solution:
- same as the cell probe error but regarding all the spike probes
Main consequences:
- the potential temperature-based cycle will be stopped
Power failure
Power source interruption alarm (HACCP alarm).
Possible solution:
- check the connection between the device and the power source
Main consequences:
- the device will register the alarm
- the potential running cycle will restart when the power source will be reactivated
- the alarm exit will be activated.
